I bought this scale to weigh out my food portions. Trying to lose weight and manage my food. So far so good, Trying to do it slow and steady so I can keep off the weight. Anyway, I have gotten into a baking mood and some of my recipes are in grams measurements. This scale saved me from converting grams to cups. Has made cooking and eat better.
