You may not agree with everything I put in here and that is okay. This is my thoughts and stuff that has worked for me. I won't judge you; please don't judge me. Back History about me: I have dealt with bi-polar and my weight for years. I have wished to be the size I was when I was in high school. I had one person tell me that I wasn't all that small in high school. Yeah I have been a thick girl all my life and people in my family has always been on me about my weight. I have the shoulders of a line backer, nick named Moose in Jr. High. On and on: but in high school I weight 175. Now I am at 279. I want to see that lower number. Back in 2002 I topped out at 440. Do to depression being in a horrible marriage. I was with him from the time I was 20 years old until I turned 33 then he was still in my life. So how much damage can someone do to a person in 13 years, A LOT! When we got together in 1991 I was on my way of loosing the weight I had gained being pregnant at the age of 17 and a half, I say it like that cause he was born a month after I turned 18. Figured I would add some pictures to show the fluctuation in the weight over the years. Better idea of what I look like also.
